Registering as a new patient

We are currently open to accept new patients to our list who live in the area defined by the map below.  There are other local practices covering the other areas of Stalybridge.

If you decide you would like to join our list we would ask you to complete a registration form with such details as your height, weight and smoking habits and have your blood pressure taken.

If you are on regular medication, the recptionists may ask you to see one of the doctors so we can better understand your need for tablets.  When you join us we request your medical notes from previous GPs and read and review all your care to date.  This may take several weeks.

Our practice area
All new patients accepted to our list live in the following area.  If you are already one of our patients and move out of this area you will probably be asked to register with a new GP.  We feel it is important our patients live close to the practice in case you are seriously unwell and we need to get to you as quickly as possible.
